CCNA Alignment
Starting from February 2011, courses Computer Networks I (ACOE313) and Local and Metropolitan Area Networks (ACOE322) have been aligned with CCNA Network Fundamentals (module 1 of CCNA).
Following either of the courses at Frederick prepares you to take the CCNA 1 certification exam and upon successful completion makes you elegible to join the CCNA at module 2 during the followin semester.
1. Follow ACOE313 or ACOE322 at Frederick
2. Take the Network Fundamentals exam and get the CCNA 1 Certificate
3. Continue to CCNA modules 2, 3, 4 at Frederick University Cisco Networking Academy
4. Become CCNA Certified and earn up to 6 ECTS
